Sungwon Lee is a Corporate VP at Samsung Electronics, having extensive experience in the field of engineering. Previously, they served as a Staff Video R&D Engineer and later as a Senior Staff/Manager Multimedia System Power Engineer at Qualcomm from 2013 to 2017, where they designed innovative coding algorithms and optimized multimedia systems. Sungwon also worked as a Software Engineer at Alticast Corp and Netping Corp early in their career. They hold a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Seoul National University.
