Wayne LaDow has extensive experience in defect control and process engineering, primarily gained during tenure at Samsung Electronics from July 2019 to March 2022. Key roles included Senior Engineer & Team Representative of the Operations Team, Manager of Defect Control, and various engineering positions focused on defect elimination and quality analysis for logic devices and NAND flash memory. Responsibilities encompassed 24/7 defect inspection inventory management, defect risk management, trend monitoring, and leading cross-functional teams to address defect issues.
