Wooseok Kim is currently the Group Head of IP Strategy and Quality Control at Samsung Foundry, where they focus on building a robust ecosystem between Samsung Foundry and IP partners through the SAFE™ IP partner program. With over two decades of experience at Samsung Electronics, Wooseok specialized in analog and digital mixed circuit design since 2001. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in analog mixed signal circuit from Seoul National University, where they also served as a Graduate Research Assistant from 2010 to 2014, working on ADPLL, Serdes, and LCVCO projects. Additionally, Wooseok holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in power semiconductor design from Pohang University of Science and Technology.
