David Delman

David Delman serves as Senior Executive Vice President at Samsung Engineering since July 2016 and previously held the role of Executive Vice President. Prior experience includes partnership at Hogan Lovells from April 2012 to July 2016, where representation of clients in various disputes and contract negotiations in the engineering and construction industry was a focus. Delman also served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at CB&I from November 2007 to October 2010, overseeing legal and corporate claims for the company. As a partner at Pepe & Hazard from March 2000 to October 2007, emphasis was placed on dispute resolution and contract negotiations within engineering and construction. Earlier roles include Associate General Counsel at Fluor Corporation from 1992 to 2000 and Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from 1988 to 1992, focusing on commercial and litigation matters. Delman holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in International Relations from American University.
