Nomar Ponsaran has extensive experience in civil and building construction, holding various engineering roles across multiple companies. At Penta-Ocean Construction Company Limited from February 2018 to May 2024, Nomar served as a Civil / Building Construction Site Engineer, overseeing site activities and managing subcontractors. Previously, Nomar worked at EEI Corporation as a Project Quantity Engineer from January 2005 to March 2007, focusing on quantity estimation and progress reporting.
