Navin has been working in the corporate world since 2017. In that time, they have held various roles at different companies. Navin'sfirst role was as a Summer Intern in Civil Engineering at Larsen & Toubro in 2017. Navin then moved on to Jio in 2018, where they were a Summer Intern in Digital Products. Later in 2018, they joined LegalMind as a member of the Strategy & Operations Core Team. In 2020, Navin began working at Imperial Consulting Group as a Project Manager for Mastercard. Navin also held roles as a Consultant at ReShape Co., a Business Analyst at RedSeer, an Investment Analyst at Lunar Ventures, and an Associate Consultant at Capco. Most recently, in 2021, Navin co-founded Samudai.

Navin's educational history includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics & Strategy for Business from Imperial College London, a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, and Secondary & Higher Secondary in Science & Informatics Practices from Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro Steel City.
