Duncan Sinclair

Duncan Sinclair has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Duncan started their career as a Graduate Assistant at the Department of Mathematics at Johns Hopkins University from September 2005 to May 2011. Following that, they joined Charter Oak Financial Consultants as an Associate, specializing in representing the interests of creditors in reorganizations for major companies in various industries, from 2007 to July 2014. Currently, Duncan is a Vice President at Samuel A. Ramirez & Co., Inc., where they support the Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Corporate Financial Strategies groups at the leading minority-owned broker-dealer since July 2014.

Duncan Sinclair holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Mathematics from The Johns Hopkins University. Duncan also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to their university education, Duncan Sinclair received a Diploma from St. Paul's School. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained the Series 7 - General Securities Representative Examination certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in January 2016.
