Tim Harper

Tim Harper is a Design Manager and Chief Layout-Mechanical Designer with extensive professional experience in various design disciplines, including mechanical, architectural, civil, structural, piping, and electrical. Tim has a strong background in heavy industrial sectors such as mining, power, oil and gas, and chemicals, and has worked with diverse materials and processes. Currently, Tim serves as a Design Manager at Samuel Engineering, Inc., and has been with the company since 2001. Tim also held a position as a Layout Designer at SNC Lavalin from 1996 to 2000. Tim earned an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting Technology from ITT Technical Institute in 1996.
