Mark Worsfold

Mark Worsfold has extensive work experience in various roles. Mark started their career in 1987 as a Reservations Manager and Manager on Duty at ITT Sheraton. Mark then worked as a Corporate Trainer at Sprint Canada Inc., where they led training programs and designed curriculum. After that, they served as a Senior Manager of Customer Care at Homestore and later as a Project Manager of Business Improvement at CSA Group. Mark then worked as a SAP Training Consultant and Principal Consultant at WMW Inc. Currently, they are employed as an Instructional Designer at Samuel, Son & Co.

Mark Worsfold has a diverse education history. Mark attended Centennial College from 1985 to 1987, where they studied Hospitality Administration and Services. Mark furthered their education at the Schulich School of Business - York University and obtained several certifications. In 2005, they completed a course on Facilitation Techniques for Project and Team-Based Work Environments. The following year, in 2006, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2008, they completed a course on Managing IT Projects Effectively. In 2009, they took a course on The Project Management Course. Mark returned to the Schulich School of Business - York University in 2012 to complete the Six Sigma Green Belt for Service Organizations program. Lastly, they obtained an additional certification in an unspecified field of study from the same institution in 2014.
