Anil Kumar Sg

Anil Kumar Sg is the current CEO and founder of Samunnati. Prior to this, they worked as the head of Microfinance Institution Development Team for ICICI Bank from December 1996 to March 2007. In this role, they were responsible for creating new partnerships for ICICI Bank across the country, including in the North-Eastern states of India. In the two years that this team operated, the total number of partners for the bank went from 200 to over 400.

Prior to their work with ICICI Bank, Kumar Sg worked as a clerk for Canara Bank from December 1991 to December 1996. In this role, they provided branch-based liabilities products and services.

S G Anil Kumar has a Masters in Management from the Asian Institute of Management and a Masters Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in International Marketing from the same institute. Anil also has a Masters in General Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
