With nearly three decades of experience in banking, entrepreneurship, and social impact, Anilkumar previously served as CEO at IFMR Rural Channels, where they launched the innovative KGFS model to provide financial services to underserved communities. Anilkumar's career began at Canara Bank, where they worked as a clerk, and they later held strategic roles at ICICI Bank, leading initiatives in microfinance.
