Ravin Dev has a diverse work experience in the agriculture and agribusiness sector. In 2019, they worked on a live project at NUZIVEEDU SEEDS LIMITED. In 2020, they completed a live project at Yara Fertilizers and also undertook a summer internship project at GNG Agritech And Waste Management. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a management trainee, manager of FPO business, and manager of AE business at Samunnati.

Ravin Dev completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Agribusiness Management from the College of Agribusiness Management, which they attended from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Agriculture degree from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In their earlier education, Ravin attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2004 to 2015, during which they specialized in the Mathematics and Biology stream.
