Brendan Kierans

Brendan Kierans is an accomplished Electric Shop Foreman at the San Francisco Opera, overseeing the Technical & Lighting Department's electric infrastructure since October 2016. Responsibilities include research and development, budgeting, inventory management, and the maintenance and fabrication of special effects. With extensive experience in the entertainment industry, Brendan has held various technical roles, including Extra Stage Electrician at American Conservatory Theatre and freelance positions across theatre, film, and events. Previous roles include electrician positions at Paramount Pictures and Hulu, where Brendan contributed to significant productions such as "13 Reasons Why." Educational background includes an Associate of Arts in Theatre Design and Technology from Foothill College.
