As a health and wellness collaborative, we assist patients and clients by providing individualized orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy, pilates-based rehabilitation, therapeutic pilates and group reformer classes, and collective wellness services.

Sana was founded by two Doctors of Physical Therapy that specialize in Pilates, Pelvic Floor, and Orthopedic Rehabilitation.  We strive to create a superior physical therapy and wellness experience by providing one-on-one care that is innovative and nurturing.
