Founded in 2007, SANA Group is a leading EPC contractor providing construction, engineering, and industrial solutions across Africa. We manage projects from concept to completion—combining design, prefabrication, and execution with speed, precision, and care.

We apply European technologies adapted to African realities, with all operations based on ISO-certified systems and aligned with US and EU standards. Quality, safety, and performance are non-negotiable.

Our commitment to sustainability is led by WeGreen 🌿 —a group-wide program focused on reducing carbon emissions, using lightweight and energy-efficient systems, and restoring ecosystems through reforestation and tree planting.

Our companies include:

🔹SANA Global Projects – Turnkey construction and infrastructure delivery
🔹SANA Building Systems (SBS) – The largest PEB factory in West Africa, delivering fast-track prefabricated steel structures
🔹SANA Blocks – High-strength concrete blocks and paving stones for civil and private developments
🔹SANA International Flooring – Jointless, steel fiber–reinforced industrial floors for extreme loads and durability
🔹SANA Air Conditioning Industries – HVAC systems for industrial, commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors
🔹SANA ME – Complete MEP services for integrated project delivery
🔹ANG – International sourcing and trading for construction materials and equipment

We operate across West and East Africa, with active projects in Nigeria, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, Benin, Chad, and Burkina Faso. With companies established in Tanzania and Kenya, we’re positioned on the ground and ready to execute.

We’re supported by a design office in Syria, a sourcing office in Turkey, and operational and procurement office in Dubai.

At our core is the SANA Performance Matrix: safety, time, quality, cost—delivered with precision, every time.
