SanAir Technologies Laboratory, Inc. is a full-service laboratory offering analytical and consulting services specialized in asbestos, bacterial detection and identification, environmental microbiology & lead, Legionella, and materials testing.  SanAir is accredited by the AIHA Laboratory Accreditation Programs, LLC, and participates in the environmental microbiology & lead, industrial hygiene and asbestos proficiency analytical testing program (EMPAT #162952, inclusive of bacteria, fungi, lead and asbestos). The company is also accredited by the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) for Airborne Asbestos Fiber Analysis (TEM) and Bulk Asbestos Fiber Analysis (PLM). 

Our laboratory also participates in the state of New York’s DOH ELAP program (Lab ID 11983, inclusive of Asbestos, Lead and Legionella). Please refer to our website for a current list of our accredited Fields of Testing.

SanAir is accredited by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Environmental Legionella Isolation Techniques Evaluation (ELITE) for Environmental Legionella Analysis. We offer Legionella analysis by culture with confirmation and speciation by Direct Immunofluorescence (DFA). Salmonella, MRSA and other waterborne pathogens analyses are also available.
