Prior to Sanara MedTech, Eisterhold was a Regional Business Leader at Avanos Medical and held several positions at Smith & Nephew, where responsibilities included managing sales across diverse healthcare channels. Eisterhold's career began in copier sales at Applied Business Concepts, complemented by experience as a high school teacher in Japan. Eisterhold holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
