Chieko Plotts

Chieko Plotts is an experienced GIS professional with a strong background in spatial analysis and data management. Chieko's career includes roles as a Freelance/Contract GIS Analyst in Japan, a LiDAR Hydrography Analyst at Sanborn, and a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at HDR, where significant contributions involved deriving hydrographic features from LiDAR data and presenting findings at an international conference.
