Daniel McDermott

Daniel McDermott is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development, technical product management, and ICT infrastructure support. Currently serving as the Technology Software Development Team Leader at Sanctuary Group since April 2016, Daniel leads the software development team for the kradle product and has previously worked as a Technical Specialist within one of the UK's largest housing associations, specializing in application and server infrastructure projects. Prior roles include ICT Specialist at Smartbox Assistive Technology, ICT Deployment and Security Technician, and ICT Technician at Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council, where responsibilities ranged from managing ICT infrastructure and security to providing technical support. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Aberystwyth University.
