Jonathan Mullins

Jonathan Mullins is the Director of Land and Planning at Sanctuary Group, where they oversee land acquisition, planning, and development package procurement since 2022. They previously served as Head of Development (Land) at Sanctuary Group from 2016, managing residential and mixed tenure projects throughout the land acquisition and development process. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Development Manager at Sanctuary Housing Association and Land Manager at Barratt Developments plc. Jonathan holds a Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management, Reading University, achieved between 1998 and 2002.
