Tom Goldstein

Tom Goldstein has a diverse work experience in coaching and leadership roles. Tom started their career as a Senior Pre-sales/Sales Engineer at Arieso in 2010 and then worked as an EMEA Manager - Solution Consultants at Tektronix Communications from 2011 to 2012. After that, Tom joined Viavi Solutions as the Global Director - Solution Consultants, where they strategically recruited and led a global team from 2012 to 2015. Following this, they worked as a Wellbeing, Leadership & Life Coach at Sanctus in 2018 and then as a Career Coach at Randstad RiseSmart from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, Tom served as a Leadership Coach at Torch starting from 2020 and as a Developing Mental Wellbeing Coach at Mont Blanc Balance from 2020. Tom also worked as a Certified CoachHub Coach at CoachHub - The digital coaching platform from 2022. Lastly, Tom is currently the Head Coach at Coaching with Tom since 2015 and the Founder of Adapt to Lead since 2022. - Tom attended Fortismere School from 1988 to 1995 and completed their high school education, focusing on A-Levels.

- In 2017 and 2018, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology from the University of Chester.
