David Bratt

David Bratt serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Sand Technologies since 2025, following a tenure as Head of M&A and Deputy CFO at Exiger from 2016 to 2025, where the focus was on Supply Chain Risk and Management SaaS. Prior to that, David was an Investment Professional at Amulet Capital Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, and founded Grand Portage Partners, an independent private equity financial sponsor for the middle market. Early career experiences include roles as a Senior Associate at Shoreview Industries and an Analyst at both Lazard and Nicollet Capital Investors. David Bratt holds a BSB in Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, earned from 2003 to 2007.
