Joy E.

Joy E. is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in software engineering and community operations. Currently serving as the Lead Program Manager for the ALX Software Engineering Holberton Program at Sand Technologies since August 2022, Joy E. previously held the position of Program Specialist for the same program at The Room. Joy E. contributed to Andela as a Talent Partnership Coordinator, managing partner-led developer community programs. Earlier experience includes roles in community operations at Workstation International Co-Work and as an Assistant Manager in experiential and events marketing at Verdant Zeal. Joy E. holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Nexford University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Redeemer University.
