Simrita Dhillon

Simrita Dhillon, launched the Italian Luxury Brand, Ermenegildo Zegna in India in 1999. She is India's first Luxury goods manager. She then launched Hugo Boss in India.

From 2004 to now, Simrita has advised 25+ Global Fashion, Beauty & Fragrance Brands on their Go-to-India Entry Strategy (including Polo Ralph Lauren & Coach). She has worked with the late legendary retailer MARVIN TRAUB( former CEO Bloomingdales) in 2007-09. She then co-founded the Indie women's wear brand GOLMAAL and was responsible for designing, merchandising & marketing mix. GOLMAAL became a “cult” Indie fast fashion brand in Mumbai for 12 years. She created over 5000+ designs for GOLMAAL.

In 2013, she was nominated for the FORTUNE/US State Department Global women's mentoring program and paired with SARA BLAKELY, founder of SPANX as her mentor. She has completed the Goldman Sachs 10000 woman program for women entrepreneurs in 2019.

Simrita is a contributor to Vogue (India), Harpers Bazaar (India) & Fashion Magazine (Italy). She served as the guest editor, Vogue Men's Supplement. She is a regular writer for Indian Retailer, Business World, and many other reputed publications.

She is fluent in Italian, Hindi, and Punjabi.
