Cecily Taylor

Cecily Taylor is a Senior Regional Planner at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) since September 2021, previously serving as a Senior ITS Planner. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Transportation Planner at Michael Baker International, where Cecily developed a VMT Mitigation Program for Lancaster, CA, and as a Senior Transportation Engineer at Fehr & Peers, managing multiple projects and analyzing traffic and transportation plans. Earlier positions encompassed roles at AECOM, the University of California, San Diego, and the Center for Sustainable Energy, where Cecily focused on hydrodynamics, sustainability research, and advanced computational analysis for their Ph.D. in Engineering Science. Cecily holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Physics from Harvey Mudd College.
