Dan Maxwell

Dan Maxwell is an experienced Information Systems Specialist III at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dan served as IT Technical Support at Palomar Specialty Insurance Company, where leadership was exceeded in support turnaround, customer service, and quality assurance scores. Dan has extensive experience in technical support roles, having worked at Illumina, ServiceNow, and The GDR Group/Broadcom, where responsibilities included managing Active Directory databases, providing high-level technical support for both Windows and MacOS environments, and overseeing teams in technical training and issue resolution. Dan holds an Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technologist from ITT Technical Institute-Oxnard.
