Deena Isa

Deena Isa is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as an Associate Engineer at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) since October 2023. Previous roles include Senior Project Engineer at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. from August 2022 to August 2023, and Project Engineer at Pacific Building Group between August 2019 and July 2022. Earlier experiences consist of a Civil Engineer Internship at C&S Companies, an Engineering Internship with the City of San Diego, and serving as Project Manager for a Senior Design Project at San Diego State University, where Deena earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 2019. Additionally, a voluntary role at Caltrans provided insights into programs and project management.
