Timothy Low

Timothy Low serves as the Chief of Product & Innovation and Chief Operating Officer at Halogen Foundation Singapore, a charity dedicated to providing leadership and entrepreneurship education to young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. As an Obama Leader for the Asia-Pacific, Timothy engages with changemakers focused on advancing the common good. Timothy is also a member and ambassador of Sandbox, fostering innovation and community among diverse global leaders. Previously, Timothy contributed as a Global Shaper and Head Curator for the Singapore hub of the Global Shapers Community, and held various roles including Programme Manager at Entrepreneur First, Labour Movement Attachment Program Officer at NTUC, and Co-Founder/CEO of Quartz Initiative. Timothy holds a Global Masters in Blockchain Technologies from Universitat de Barcelona and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Management from University College Dublin.
