Isaac Lam

Isaac Lam is a highly experienced software engineering leader with a strong background in system architecture and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Sandbox VR since August 2022, Isaac focuses on engineering development for immersive products. Prior roles include Systems Architect at SHOPLINE, where responsibilities encompassed re-architecting ecosystems, supervising engineering teams, and establishing best practices, and System Architect at Fano Labs, where Isaac led the transformation of legacy systems into microservices and automated workflows. Isaac has also contributed as a Senior Software Engineer at Adludio and Entone, with achievements in developing cloud-based platforms and optimizing applications for multiscreen devices. As a founder of Snaphoc.com and Digcou.com, Isaac demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit in creating innovative social and aggregation platforms. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor and MPhil in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
