Alan Chang

Alan Chang is a scientist dedicated to leveraging artificial intelligence for biological discovery and healthcare transformation. Currently a Staff Machine Learning Scientist at SandboxAQ, Alan focuses on the integration of multimodal data and the development of AI models to enhance clinical decision-making and patient outcomes. Prior to this, Alan served as a Staff Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Scholar at Stanford University, specializing in machine learning applications in immunology. Alan's academic journey includes a PhD in Cancer Biology from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Chemistry from Tulane University. With extensive multidisciplinary expertise, Alan is passionate about translating research into impactful real-world solutions.
