Ly Le is a seasoned Principal Research Scientist and Computational Chemist at SandboxAQ since September 2022, with prior experience as a Drug Discovery Scientist at Cyclica, where responsibilities included managing projects in Oncology and CNS and performing virtual screening for multiple targets. At UC Irvine, Ly conducted research on the interactions of coronavirus Spike protein with antibodies, while as a Visiting Scholar at UC San Diego, efforts focused on designing a universal influenza vaccine. Previously, Ly held the position of Associate Professor at International University - VNU HCMC, leading the Computational Biology Center and teaching various courses while supervising postdoctoral researchers. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computational Chemistry from the University of Utah and a visiting PhD program in Computational Biology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
