Michael Song is a second-year student at Northeastern University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Biology. Currently, they work as a Full Stack Engineer Co-op at Hometap and have held positions such as a Data Analyst at MedTech Analytics, where they developed a Python data pipeline for research datasets, and at Kaerwell, where they implemented automated market basket analysis. Michael has also contributed as a Research Assistant at the National Institutes of Health, focusing on molecular fingerprinting algorithms, and has experience in various roles within the Sandbox at Northeastern.
