Job Description

As our Performance Marketer, you will spearhead our paid acquisition strategies and drive profitable growth. We are looking for someone who takes a hypothesis-driven approach to paid advertising and is constantly looking to improve campaign performance. You will collaborate with Sandboxx’s Marketing and Product Teams to help scale our acquisition efforts and craft the narrative of our ever-growing suite of products built for the Military Community.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize ROAS by building, owning, and optimizing Facebook, Google, and other advertising channels
  • Analyze data and quickly make decisions, and tell a story using your analysis that builds trust and strong cross-functional support for your initiatives.
  • Set a clear vision for paid social strategies across Facebook and Instagram. Determine the requirements and projects to achieve your vision and set specific goals for you and the program to drive growth.
  • Perform A/B testing of website, lead forms, landing pages and ads to improve conversion rates and grow lead volume
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing and provide regular updates on channel performance
  • Provide regular reporting and maintain historical performance data
  • Effectively manage a significant paid media budget
  • In the first week, expect to:
  • Work to get up to speed with how the organization runs, including how our OKRs, RACIs, and other operational frameworks work.
  • In the first month, expect to:
  • Garner familiarity of our paid advertising landscape and data sources
  • In the first three months, expect to:
  • Find ways to improve our paid acquisition strategies and launch new campaigns. Help us maximize for learnings, not just results.
  • Create a repeatable process to help us drive success on paid advertising
  • In the first six months, expect to:
  • Become the go-to source for all things Sandboxx paid advertising
  • Introduce several growth-related tactics that are innovative, sustainable, and a direct result of your personal efforts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with performance marketing and marketing analytics in Social and and PPC
  • 2+ years of experience of marketing mobile applications
  • Robust experience with Analytics tools and systems such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Mixpanel, etc.
  • Experience managing large companies and multiple stakeholders from a client management perspective
  • Experience being accountable to performance goals on organic search, paid search, paid social, and display channels
  • Experience measuring and reporting on channel performance
  • Experience effectively managing significant media budgets
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Past startup experience is a huge plus.
