Roy Latess

Roy LaTess is a Stormwater Department Manager at Sandis, where Roy manages a team of field engineering technicians for stormwater compliance. Roy also serves as a QSD/QSP Supervisor, assisting in the development of the department and managing a team of field engineers. Roy has experience as a Field Engineering Technician at Sandis, working on stormwater compliance for construction projects.
