Michael Glauser

Michael Glauser has over 20 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry. Michael began their career in 1997 as a Casino Services Host at Bally's Park Place. In 2000, they moved to Flamingo Las Vegas as a Direct Marketing Manager. In 2004, they joined Caesars Entertainment as a Corporate Database Marketing Manager. In 2005, they were an Executive Casino Host at Pala Casino Spa and Resort. From 2007 to 2010, they were a VIP Services & Player Development Manager at Pechanga Resort and Casino. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Senior Manager of Player Development at Viejas Enterprises. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Director of Marketing at Casino Del Sol. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Grand Belize Entertainment Group. Since 2017, they have been the Director of Strategy and Development at Catalyst Marketing Company. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development at Sandoval Creative.

Michael Glauser attended The Hill School from 1987 to 1992 and Rochester Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1997, where they studied Hotel Resort Management.
