Adria Sole

Adria Sole has extensive experience in the field of manufacturing IT, holding key positions such as Director of MES Solutions and Director of Technology Workstream Lead Manufacturing S/4 at Sandoz from August 2023 to February 2025, where responsibilities included implementing Manufacturing Processes within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. Prior to this, Adria served as Manufacturing IT Program & Project Manager at Bayer from December 2019 to December 2022, leading digital IT projects within regulated industries. Additionally, Adria was the Operational Technology Director at Viralgen Vector Core for a brief period in early 2023, overseeing various operational technology systems. Earlier experience includes working as a Homologation and Test Engineer at Applus IDIADA from September 2013 to May 2015. Adria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering specialized in Telematics and dual degrees in Telecommunications Engineering and a Master’s in Telecommunication Engineering and Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
