Aleš Koce

Ale Quintero is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience across various sectors. As the Head of Design at Cooler from July 2023 to August 2023, Ale was the first hire, spearheading brand and product design with a focus on playful software design. Previously, as Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together from April 2021 to June 2023, Ale contributed to the design of multi-sided platforms that bridged consumer and enterprise experiences, resulting in a high AppStore rating and securing a significant contract with Colorado WIC. Ale's background includes leadership roles at Sofía, where the design efforts led to Mexico's first digital health insurance receiving regulatory approval, and at Knoable, Inc. as a Founding Designer. Further experience includes freelance work, co-founding The Handsome Pig, and providing design services to notable clients during tenure at Rehilete Estudio Creativo. Ale holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana.
