Ananth Kumar K

Ananth Kumar K has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on quality assurance and service delivery. Ananth started their career at Micro Labs Ltd. in 2009 as an Assistant Manager in QA and then moved to Biocon as an Assistant Manager. In 2015, they returned to Micro Labs Ltd. as a Sr. Manager in QA, where they assessed and evaluated pre-requisite requirements for new product introductions. Ananth later joined Gland Pharma Limited as a Manager before transitioning to Mylan Laboratories Limited as a Team Lead. In 2020, they joined Viatris as a Senior Team Lead. Ananth then moved to Novartis in 2021, where they served as a Team Lead for the Quality Service Center. Currently, they are working at Sandoz as a Team Lead for the Quality Service Center, responsible for managing the service delivery team and implementing initiatives to maintain product quality and compliance. Throughout their career, Ananth Kumar K has demonstrated strong leadership and role modeling skills in the Quality Operations group.

Ananth Kumar K obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Biochemistry from Bangalore University. Later, they pursued a Diploma in strategic business management from Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. In addition, they have a certification in Six Sigma: Black Belt from LinkedIn, obtained in 2021.
