Global Head Product Security at Sandoz

Antonio Sánchez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Antonio is currently the Global Head of Product Security at Sandoz since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Merck KGaA, holding roles as the Senior Security Manager for Anti-Product Crime & Investigations in the Americas and later as the Senior Security Manager for Global Anti-Product Crime & Payment Fraud Prevention Programs. Antonio also has experience at Amazon as a Security & Loss Prevention Expert in Germany, where they led security services and asset protection efforts. Antonio was also a Security Manager at Lidl Stiftung &co. Verwaltungs-Gmbh, responsible for implementing a centralized vulnerability management system and conducting internal fraud investigations. Antonio's earlier career includes roles as a Senior Investigations Officer at the Ministry of Interior in Spain and as a Lawyer at Serrano Internacional Estudio Jurídico y Tributario in Germany.

Antonio Sánchez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Technische Universität Dresden in 2001-2002. Antonio also pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Armed Conflict Resolution and International Crisis Management from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2010-2011. Antonio further enhanced their education by completing a Level 6 Accredited Diploma in Corporate Security from CSMP® International Security Management Institute (UK) in 2015-2016. In addition to their legal and security studies, Antonio pursued piano studies at Conservatorio Ataúlfo Argenta, Santander, where they completed the Grade 3 level of the Conservatory Certificate Program from 1993-1998.
