Daniel Halter currently serves as the Director of Global Insurance at Sandoz, overseeing risk financing and insurance since April 2023. Prior to this, Daniel was a Risk & Insurance Executive, developing tailored risk and insurance programs from November 2022 to March 2023. Daniel held multiple key positions at CEVA Logistics from 2015 to 2022, including Global Leader of Risk Management & HSEQ and Global Head of Risk Management and HSSEQ, where significant risk management strategies were implemented. Earlier, Daniel was Group Risk & Insurance Manager at gategroup from 2007 to 2015, and has extensive experience working with Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. in various roles. Daniel holds a degree in Economics, Communication, Risk & International Management from the University of Applied Sciences Lucerne and has completed multiple professional trainings in English and Risk Management.
