Erin McCarthy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in diverse regional and global roles. Currently serving as the P&O Business Partner for Sandoz International Region since November 2023, Erin oversees human resources for a $2.5 billion business across South and Central America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Prior roles include Austria Head of HR for Sandoz Commercial Operations, where Erin focused on human resources strategy for Austria’s leading generics market, and UK Head of Human Resources for Sandoz Commercial Operations, responsible for driving growth strategies in the UK generics sector. With a strong foundation in various HR business partner roles at Eaton and Avery Dennison, Erin holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and a BA in International Business, Human Resource, and Spanish from Marquette University, complemented by studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
