Eva Trefna currently serves as the CFO for Sandoz in the Czech Republic, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Eva held various positions at Novartis from April 2015 to December 2021, including Strategic Project Assistant, BPA Manager, and FSC Head. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of FRA at Sandoz from February 2013 to March 2015, Senior Accounting Consultant at PwC from July 2010 to January 2013, and Assistant in Accounting Services at KPMG from September 2008 to June 2010. Eva Trefna holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
