Georg Frey

Georg Frey currently serves as Corporate Secretary at Sandoz since August 2023, following a successful tenure as Head Legal Corporate at CSL Vifor from September 2016 to August 2023. Previously, Georg held the position of Manager Board Affairs at Novartis (September 2014 - August 2016) and worked as an Associate at Bär & Karrer from April 2012 to September 2014. Early in the career, Georg gained experience as a Legal Clerk at the Direktion der Justiz und des Innern Kanton Zürich (October 2010 - November 2011) and as a Junior Associate at Bär & Karrer (June 2009 - September 2010). Georg's educational background includes a combination of law and management studies with degrees from Universität St.Gallen, IMD, Harvard Business School, University of Geneva, and University of Basel, culminating in a robust foundation in law and corporate governance.
