Gorazd Tompa is currently a Scientifical Advisor at Sandoz, focusing on Process Analytical Sciences for biosimilars since 2024. Previously, from 2011 to 2014, Gorazd worked as a Research Scientist at the University of Ljubljana's Biotechnical Faculty, where they evaluated bioactive peptides in dairy products and developed dietary supplements. Gorazd has also held various roles at Novartis, including Senior Expert Science & Technology and Principal Scientist, specializing in biopharmaceutical drug product analytics. They are pursuing a PhD in Food Science and hold a BSc in Food Technology from the University of Ljubljana.
