Heather Hooks

Heather Hooks is an accomplished professional in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with a robust background spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as Associate Director of DEI at Sandoz since May 2023, Heather previously held the position of Director in the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta from October 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Heather spent more than 15 years at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, where roles included Vice President/Diversity Manager and Diversity and Inclusion Analyst, along with experience as a Web & Creative Design Specialist II. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design from Iowa State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Communications from the University of Northern Iowa.
