Iryna Shaiko

Iryna Shaiko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2013, they worked as a Procurement Manager at "Belmedpreparaty" until 2016. Iryna then joined Conduent as a Consultant Senior from August 2016 to April 2017. After that, they worked at DHL Express as a Trade Compliance Shift Leader from May 2017 to May 2019. In 2019, they joined Novartis as a Global Sourcing Manager until September 2023. Currently, Iryna holds the position of Regional Procurement Category Manager (R&D CMO & API) at Sandoz, starting from September 2023.

Iryna Shaiko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from the Belarusian State Economic University from 2009 to 2013. Iryna then pursued another Bachelor's degree in Translator-advisor (modern English language) from the Minsk State Linguistic University from 2013 to 2014.
