Jay Savla is a finance professional with over 16 years of experience, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Sandoz since 2023. They lead a team of accountants in managing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 standards, while also developing policies for lease accounting and fixed asset management. Prior to their current role, Jay held assistant managerial positions at Alcon and Novartis, overseeing internal controls, compliance projects, and financial reporting across multiple regions. Jay began their career as an Articled Assistant at Sohanlal & Associates, where they gained foundational experience in financial analysis and auditing. They are a Chartered Accountant, having completed their education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
