John Badolato

John Badolato is currently the Executive Director of Field Force Operations at Sandoz, where they lead the US Sandoz FFO team to ensure service excellence in areas such as Incentive Compensation and Analytics. Previously, they held the role of Executive Director, Commercial Data & Analytics - Ad Interim at Sandoz, overseeing the integration of a new team focused on analytics and operations. John’s extensive experience includes positions as Executive Director of Information Management at Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Head of Data Strategy and Enablement at Novartis, where they directed data strategies for multiple business sectors. They earned a BS in Computer Science from Drexel University in 1986.
