Joyce Hoong is currently the Head of Supply Chain for the Asia Cluster at Sandoz, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Global Supply Chain Cluster Lead at Pfizer from 2019 to 2021 and held various roles including Head of Supply Chain at Fonterra from 2011 to 2015 and Supply Chain Manager at FrieslandCampina Dutch Lady Malaysia from 2009 to 2011. Joyce holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Sabah and has completed additional qualifications in management and supply chain practices.
