Lee Marshall has extensive experience in data operations within the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries. Currently serving as Head Data Operations at Sandoz since January 2021, Lee also holds the position of Director Data Operations Development Unit at Novartis starting January 2018. Previous roles include Head of Data Management at Sandoz, Senior Biometrics Project Manager, Senior Clinical Informatics Manager, and Lead Data Manager at PRA Health Sciences, as well as Senior EDC/DM Trainer at Covance. Lee has contributed significantly to clinical data management, EDC implementation, and SOP development throughout a career that began as a Clinical Data Assistant at Data Analysis and Research in 1993. Key achievements involve management of data management teams, development and implementation of CDISC standards, and training personnel on clinical trial processes.
